We provide fabrication & erection inspection services, which include complete control of QA / QC activity as per the drawing & project quality requirements like painting & special coating needs. The use of steel in structure calls for specialized knowledge in the domain, especially to solve problems arising during fabrication and erection. Third-Party Inspection helps in achieving quality at an optimum cost with safe practices and helps in managing risk. Our TPI service portfolio comprises – Project Monitoring, Inspection and Expediting; Vendor Assessment/Pre Qualification/Shop Survey and Fabrication/ Erection Supervision for Quality control.  We ensure to follow a systematic approach for all the services in order to encompass all the requirements of the client and to enable a smooth flow of events in real time. 

As a client availing of our Project Monitoring Services, you will be entitled to all the vital services including – Review of method statements and drawings, Raw material/consumable checking, Welding procedure and performance qualification, Fit-up and dimension check, visual inspection and NDT, Hydro/pneumatic pressure test witness, Painting / Coating Inspection, Inspection of brought out items, Pre-dispatch / Erection inspection / Final inspection and surveillance of health and safety at the site. We have an in-house team of qualified NDT technicians well experienced to handle NDT inspection as per structural and other specific code / standard requirements. We also have a specialized team of boroscope inspection for pipe welds and specialized them for paint/coating inspection. 

Under vendor assessment, we check & report the vendor’s capacity and capability for delivering the ordered goods within the given time frame, based on the actual survey of his works, verification of technical capabilities & commercial documents. We Provide QA / QC support to vendors of OEM to follow  OEM quality guidelines. The services include providing training, necessary support and assistance to vendors of OEM and supplementing them with the required expertise to comply with OEM quality requirements. We also provide assistance / Consultancy for audit of shop approval & certification. Pre-qualification/ Shop survey involves checking and reporting the vendor’s compliance with the requirements of the stipulated project by the order-placing organization. 

Fabrication / Erection Supervision for quality control deals with Construction supervision, Expediting & progress reporting, Witnessing of commissioning of equipment, Stage wise & final inspection of equipment structures manufactured at the site, Laboratory test witness, Reporting of the actual status of activities in line with the bar chart and offering suggestions for optimizing the job progress to meet the target.
